Welcome to Toyo Store. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Saudi Arabia.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 1 – 7 business days

  • Other cities and regions: 4 – 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on all orders within Saudi Arabia.

  • If any shipping charges apply in the future, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations in Saudi Arabia.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (when available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned or cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Toyo Store is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the package and products so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Although we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, severe weather, or national holidays.
